Meet a maker..
Photo of maker Marcus Tatton You wouldn't believe it but I find it quite peaceful to work with a chainsaw. Nobody can interrupt me, the telephone doesn't interrupt me, I just work away with my earmuffs on. I find that I focus really well. I find I can work for eight hours a day on a chainsaw. It's a very direct way of working, like drawing in three dimensions. It's a direct extension of my mind and imagination.
